P. Katyayani Devi is a 2017-batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Telangana cadre, currently serving as the Additional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP) under the Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department in Telangana.

She is also serving as Joint Managing Director of the State Financial Corporation.

Her role at SERP involves overseeing key poverty alleviation programs, rural livelihoods, and institutional work, aiming to empower marginalised communities in Telangana.
