C. Sudharshan Reddy, a 2002-batch IAS officer of the Telangana cadre, is currently serving as the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Telangana. Known for his administrative acumen and integrity, he has earlier held key roles such as Managing Director of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) and Secretary (Services & HRM) in the General Administration Department.
