A. Nirmala Kanthi Wesley, IAS, is a dedicated officer of the 2016 batch in the Telangana cadre currently serving as the Secretary and CEO of the Telangana Human Rights Commission. She has also held important positions including Director of Women Child Development and Scheduled Caste Welfare. Known for her impactful leadership in social welfare sectors, Wesley is deeply committed to the upliftment and empowerment of women, children, and marginalized communities throughout Telangana. Her administrative role spans across multiple departments focusing on women, children, disabled and senior citizens, where she drives inclusive policies and development programs with a strong emphasis on human rights and social justice, making her a vital figure in the governance landscape of Hyderabad and Telangana.
