Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTU Hyderabad) is all set to celebrate its Diamond Jubilee on November 21 and 22, 2025, marking 60 years of academic and research excellence.
The two-day event will bring together students, faculty, distinguished alumni, and industry leaders to reflect on the university’s journey of innovation and technological progress since its establishment in 1965. The celebrations are expected to feature a series of seminars, exhibitions, cultural programs, and alum meet-ups organized across the JNTUH campus in Kukatpally.
Vice-Chancellor Prof. Katta Narasimha Reddy has announced that the Diamond Jubilee will be a grand occasion showcasing JNTUH’s contributions to engineering, research, and higher education in Telangana and beyond. Special focus will also be given to the university’s achievements in digital transformation and entrepreneurship.
Several eminent personalities from academia, industry, and government are likely to attend the celebrations. The event aims to strengthen the bond between alumni and the university community while inspiring the next generation of technocrats.
