Dr. K. Ilambarithi is a 2005-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Telangana cadre. In October 2024, he was appointed as the Commissioner of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), succeeding Amrapali Kata, who was repatriated to the Andhra Pradesh cadre. Prior to this role, Dr. Ilambarithi served as the Transport Commissioner of Telangana.
