Dr. Jyoti Buddha Prakash, a 2002-batch IAS officer of the Telangana cadre, has built a reputation for handling diverse and critical roles in the state government. Formerly the Transport Commissioner, she has been assigned as Secretary to the Government for Registrations & Stamps and Housing, while also holding full additional charge of several key responsibilities including Commissioner & Inspector General of Registration & Stamps, Commissioner of Survey Settlements & Land Records, and Project Director of Bhubharathi. She continues as Transport Commissioner until her successor assumes charge.
