Smt. K. Nikhila, IAS, is a 2015-batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Telangana cadre. As of April 2025, she serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Telangana Institute of Rural Development (TGIRD), a key institution under the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department. In this role, she oversees training, research, and capacity-building initiatives aimed at strengthening rural governance and development across the state.
