Smt. P. Katyayani Devi, IAS, is a 2017-batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Telangana cadre. As of April 2025, she serves as the Additional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP), operating under the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department of the Government of Telangana. In this role, she contributes to the implementation of poverty alleviation programs and rural development initiatives across the state.
