S. Harish is a 2015-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the Telangana cadre. As of April 2025, he serves as the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Telangana State Power Generation Corporation (TS GENCO). In this role, he oversees the state’s power generation initiatives, contributing to Telangana’s energy infrastructure development.
