Sanjay Kumar (IAS, 1995 Batch) is a senior Indian Administrative Service officer from the Telangana cadre. Over the years, he has held several key portfolios in the state government. Known for his administrative acumen and efficiency, he has played significant roles in departments like Labour, Employment, Training & Factories (LET&F), and more recently, in Industries & Commerce, ITE&C, and Sports.

As of the latest reshuffle in 2025, he has been appointed as the Special Chief Secretary for Industries & Commerce, ITE&C and Sports Department, signaling the government’s trust in his ability to drive Telangana’s industrial growth and digital innovation.
