From March 25 to March 29, this exclusive five-day culinary showcase presents an exquisite 6 and 8-course degustation menu, fusing India’s diverse culinary heritage with avant-garde techniques.
The ‘Pehchaan’ menu reinvents traditional Indian flavors using progressive methods like cryo-filtering, sous-vide, and molecular gastronomy. Signature delights include Aloo Tuk Tartlet, Tamatar Confit with Burrata Mousse, Saoji-spiced Chicken Skewers, and Miso Roasted Fish with Curried Bulgur Wheat. The experience culminates in indulgent finales like Smoked Pulled Lamb Haleem and Cold Brew Brined Jamun with Filter Coffee Snap.
