Public celebrations are scheduled for October 20 at KBR Park in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, organized by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC).
The event, as part of the KBR Promenade program, will begin at 12:30 pm and aims to promote the preservation of Hyderabad’s traditional and heritage assets while reviving endangered arts and supporting regional artists.
Attendees can expect a wide range of activities at the celebrations, including cultural programs, live performances by local musicians, and interactive arts and crafts displays featuring artisans. The event will also offer fun and adventure activities for families to enjoy together, according to a press release.

GHMC Commissioner Ilambarthi stressed the importance of community involvement, urging residents to join in large numbers to ensure the program’s success.
