Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Traffic Police have issued a traffic advisory in light of the Intercontinental Cup 2024 Football Tournament matches scheduled for September 3, 6, and 9 at GMCB Stadium in Gachibowli. Traffic congestion is anticipated between 4 pm and 10 pm on the match days.
The following routes are likely to be affected: Lingampally to Gachibowli, Gachibowli to Lingampally, and Wipro to IIIT Junction.
The traffic police have suggested the following alternative routes:
- For traffic coming from Gachibowli Junction towards Lingampally Junction: Take a left turn at GPRA Quarters, then proceed via Gopichand Academy, Infosys Wipro Junction, Gopanpally, University Backside, and finally to Lingampally.
- For traffic coming from Lingampally towards Gachibowli Junction: Take a left turn at HCU Depot, then proceed via Masjid Banda, Botanical Garden, and continue to Gachibowli.
