Hyderabad: Cyberabad Police Commissioner Avinash Mohanty, addressing the passing-out parade (Dikshant Parade) of the 7th batch of Stipendiary Cadet Trainee Police Constables (Armed Reserve – Men) on Thursday, underscored the critical role of discipline, punctuality, and professionalism in preserving public trust. He emphasized that even a single lapse could severely impact the credibility of the police force.
Mohanty urged the cadets to take pride in their duties, remain disciplined, and strive to uphold society’s trust. He also extended his gratitude to the Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) and the training staff for their commendable efforts in shaping the future of law enforcement.
Additional Director-General of Police (ADGP) V. V. Srinivas Rao, serving as the chief guest for the passing-out parade, lauded the transparent recruitment process conducted by the Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB), which saw over eight lakh applicants vying for 18,000 positions.
Congratulating the selected cadets, he emphasized that integrity, discipline, and commitment form the cornerstone of effective policing. He commended the rigorous training the cadets underwent, which equipped them to tackle the challenges of law enforcement with professionalism and dedication. Rao also highlighted the invaluable contributions of families and training staff in molding the future of these officers, acknowledging their pivotal support in this journey.
