The company aims to develop 20 million square feet of residential and commercial spaces in Hyderabad over the next five years.
The promoters of MSN Pharma have established a new company, MSN Realty, to capitalize on opportunities in the real estate sector.
The new company will initially focus on the Hyderabad market. “We aim to develop 20 million square feet of residential and commercial spaces over the next five years,” said MSN Reddy, Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director of MSN Group.
“We will target key locations in Hyderabad, including Neopolis, Manchirevula, Tellapur, Patancheru, and Isnapur. The company currently holds a land bank of 40 acres in these areas, including 12 acres in Tellapur,” he added.
The premium segment project, spanning 15 acres in Neopolis, will feature flats ranging from 2,500 to 7,500 square feet. “We plan to develop 8-9 million square feet at this site over the next five years,” he concluded.
The company has yet to disclose the size of the investments for its real estate venture. It also stated that it is awaiting approvals from the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA).
The 21-year-old MSN Group, which includes subsidiaries like MSN Labs, MSN Lifesciences, and Pharma Chem, surpassed the $1 billion revenue mark in 2023-24.
