Singireddy Niranjan Reddy was born in Pangal, Wanaparthy District in Telangana to Ram Reddy, on the 4th of October, 1958. His father was a farmer. He is currently the Minister of Agriculture, Marketing in Telangana. He contested from the Wanaparthy constituency in the 2018 Telangana Legislative Assembly elections and won by a margin of 51,685 votes. He is the member of TRS politburo.
