Global Experts to Gather in Hyderabad for FSOSCB–2025 at IICT
Hyderabad is set to host a prestigious international scientific event as the CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT) organizes the two-day International Symposium on “Frontiers in Sustainable Organic Synthesis and Chemical Biology” (FSOSCB–2025) on October 13-14, 2025.
FSOSCB–2025 will bring together over 500 delegates including scientists, academicians, and industry professionals from India and across the globe. The symposium will feature eminent speakers from countries such as Germany, the United States, Singapore, and France who are pioneers in sustainable organic synthesis and chemical biology.
The focus of this event is on nature-inspired and sustainable approaches in organic synthesis, green chemistry, asymmetric synthesis, catalysis, and natural product-inspired transformations. This symposium seeks to promote eco-friendly innovations and foster interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly in drug discovery and materials science.
The scientific program will include plenary and invited lectures, short talks by emerging researchers, and more than 120 poster presentations mostly by young scientists and students. Over 100 delegates from several pharmaceutical companies will also participate to learn about the latest advancements in sustainable chemical practices.
The event not only highlights Hyderabad’s growing prominence as a hub for cutting-edge research and innovation in chemical sciences but also offers a platform for knowledge exchange and networking among global experts, academia, and the pharmaceutical industry.
