Hyderabad: The Nehru Zoological Park is set to welcome a real-life Mandrill, the primate that inspired the popular character ‘Rafiki’ from Disney’s The Lion King. Unlike the movie, there will be no Pride Rock moment, but the Mandrill’s arrival is expected to be a huge attraction for visitors. The animal is being brought from Tata Zoological Park in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, as part of an exchange programme between the two zoos.
