Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Management Association’s Industry Readiness Programme (IRP) was inaugurated on Saturday by Navin Mittal, Commissioner, Collegiate Education, and Technical Education. IRP is specifically designed for students primarily from government-affiliated or government-funded MBA/ BBA colleges or other colleges having MBA/ BBA wing. This will be a 42 hour/ 60 days programme stretching over two months, a press release said.
The objective of the programme was to prepare participants to face the real world of entrepreneurship and get them ready to bridge the gap between academics (theory) and working environments (practice). It has resource persons from premier B schools like IMT, Symbiosis, ICFAI, and MICA, business leaders from MNCs like L&T, GMR, ITC, HSBC, ITW, GSK, apart from startup founders and established trainers, the release said.
