Hyderabad: Students from the Institute of Insurance and Risk Management (IIRM), co-promoted by the Government of Telangana and IRDAI, have won the Risk Management Challenge sponsored by Spencer and RIMS USA at the recent Risk World conference in San Diego, USA.
Competing against 38 contestants from nine countries, including China, IIRM students emerged as champions.
IIRM is the first institute from Telangana and India to win this challenge. “As the only institute dedicated to risk management education, our students have excelled under the guidance of faculty mentor Dr. Roop Kumar, demonstrating that they can compete on a global stage,” said Atanu K Das, Director of IIRM.
