Meet the robot Patient Care Executive
In a unique experiment at using service robots in the healthcare sector in Hyderabad, Sunshine Hospitals on Sunday unveiled a robot at its Gachibowli facility that can play the role of a Patient Care Executive.
Try shaking a hand, the robot immediately will measure blood pressure levels, pulse rate and even body temperature. The robot also has the ability to greet, scan the face, wait for a response from the patient or attender and even escort them to the reception or give directions to the doctor’s room.
