The city’s center is constantly shifting, shaped by opportunities and traffic. My friends, who moved to Hyderabad after the IT boom, believe that anything beyond Jubilee Hills isn’t even part of Hyderabad anymore. For them, this area is the true heart of the city, especially since Modi stays in Kondapur when he visits. Surely, he wouldn’t choose it if it wasn’t the center, right?
But don’t get too comfortable. As the city continues to expand, the center might shift once again, perhaps even circling back to a new hotspot near the airport in Shamshabad.
