According to Telangana Industries and IT Minister KTR, human resources are the biggest asset not only for companies, but also for the country. He stated that the biggest challenge for any leader is not wealth or capital management, but rather people management.
KTR emphasized that the GDP of a nation reflects its economic activity, but the true wealth of a nation consists of both natural and human resources that must be utilized wisely for sustainable growth. He added that India’s thinkforce is its biggest asset and must be nurtured and engaged effectively, citing the examples of China and Japan as countries that invested in their people and managed their aspirations, leading to their status as major economies today.
The minister stressed the importance of development and welfare going hand-in-hand and the need for equitable distribution of wealth for the country’s progress. He also encouraged the youth to become job creators rather than job seekers and to build world-class organizations. KTR also discussed the Telangana government’s focus on innovation, infrastructure, and inclusive growth.
