Hyderabad: The State Gallery of Art will host a global exhibition from July 6-14, featuring contributions from photographers worldwide. The ‘India Exhibition’ includes 127 framed photographs curated by international judges, designed to capture the essence of humanity and foster social change through visual storytelling.
The 24HourProject, initiated in 2012, unites photographers worldwide to document humanity within one day, raising awareness for social causes. This year’s exhibition features two categories: “24HourProject Past Editions” and “Women’s Empowerment,” showcasing powerful images of women as strong, resilient, and empowered.
The event will go beyond the photo exhibition with a variety of activities, including workshops led by Renzo, photowalks dedicated to Wikimedia programs, and street photography sessions facilitated by Naveen. Scheduled for July 13 and 14 are special photography sessions with Wikimedia and a workshop hosted by the Telangana Photographic Society.
